Does BLUE honor price adjustments?
BLUE will honor a one-time price adjustment within 10 days of your order’s shipment date. Purchases made with any type of offer/promotion are not eligible for price adjustment, which includes (but not limited to) Flash Sales, Friends & Family, or other offers. To receive a price adjustment, please contact BLUE Customer Care at support@bluebrandco.com. Be sure to include your order number (found on your order confirmation email) in your message.

Does BLUE charge sales tax?
Does BLUE immediately charge my credit card?
No, you are not charged until your order ships. An initial authorization will be posted to your card but no funds are not taken until your items are on their way! Please note: orders are sometimes shipped in multiple packages and this might result in several smaller transactions on your bank statement for your single order.

What forms of payment does BLUE accept?
We accept Visa, American Express, MasterCard, Discover and PayPal. Additional international payment methods may be displayed at checkout, when applicable. BLUE does not accept cash, checks or money orders for online purchases.

How do I update my communication preferences?
When you provide us with your email address by creating an account, signing up for BLUE World, or submitting an order, we will send you occasional emails about events, new arrivals, and promotions that we feel will be of interest to you. Do I have to create an account before I place an order?
No. You can check out as a guest. If you change your mind later and prefer to create an account, you can register at the end of the checkout process.

Can I ship to a friend or a different address from my billing address?
Absolutely! When you are placing an order, you may choose a shipping address separate from your billing address.

Can I change my order after it’s been submitted?
Unfortunately, we cannot make changes, adjustments, or cancellations to an order after it has been submitted. Please review your order before you hit the ‘submit’ button. We understand that mistakes happen, so contact support@bluebrandco.com and we’ll see how we might be able to help in the event you make a mistake.

How can I track and find out when my BLUE order will deliver?
Once an order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information for the most accurate delivery schedule. This email might find its way into your spam folder, so be sure to add BLUE to your safe list.
Orders are usually shipped via Standard Ground (unless another service is chosen). Standard Ground is usually delivered within 2-7 business days to most U.S. locations. This depends on the time of year, order activity and the service within your area.

How much does shipping cost?
Standard Ground Shipping is FREE for orders that total $75 or more. Orders under $75 will be charged the rate based on quotes received from the carriers starting on 12/2018. Once the rates change from the carrier, BLUE will update the shipping information page and the new rates will be reflected during checkout. BLUE will defer to the lowest shipping rate, unless otherwise notified by the customer.

Where does BLUE ship to? When will my BLUE order ship and from what location?
BLUE will ship to the following: valid street addresses, P.O. boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. We ship to all 50 states including the District of Columbia.
BLUE strives to process orders as quickly as possible. Most orders placed Monday through Friday are usually shipped within 24–48 hours. Orders placed over the weekend are usually shipped the next business day.
