Back Length Measurement - Measure from the back of the neck and down to the bottom of the garment, this will give you the overall length of one side

Long Sleeve Measurement - Measure from the middle of the neck, to the end of the sleeve and this will provide you a number that is reflected above.

Waist Measurement - Bend to one side to find the natural crease / indentation in your torso. This is your natural waist, so run a soft tape measure across this area from one seam to the other. You’ll get a number that should be reflected in the above examples.
Hip Measurement - Stand on a flat surface with feet together. Now measure around the fullest part of the hips and bottom (approximately 7” to 9” below the waistline) keeping the measuring tape parallel with the floor.
